2.1 Eligibility for Return
New bicycles may be eligible for return if:

- The bicycle is unused and in original condition
- The bicycle shows no signs of wear, riding, or damage
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included
2.2 Non-Returnable Bicycles
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-built bicycles
- Special order bicycles
- Bicycles that have been ridden or modified
- Clearance or final sale items
2.3 Restocking Fee
